ORGANOLEPTIC, HARVEST 2010
This oil is very dense and clear, between golden yellow and sparkling green in hue. It has a fruity scent of green olives of medium strong intensity with a strong taste of artichocke though something reminiscent of almond and hazelnut , followed by a persitent spicy sensation with hints of black pepper. Full and rich with unmistakable. Richness and fragrance. With its high antioxident content (biophenols), it is a long lasting and very healthy oil.
It is best enjoyed with all traditional ethnic tuscan and mediterranean dishes, . With salads and legumes. Superb drizzled over meat and fish. Suitable for long-term storage if stored at constant temperature, away from light and heat sources.
