Monti is a traditional Tuscan farm, or fattoria, thus, throughout its history, it has always maintained, in an integrated fashion, various agricultural activities: We raise cattle , “il mucco Pisano”, horses, and grow wheat and hay.

Many old olive trees are cultivated in the traditional way and in 2006, a small, one-acre vineyard was planted with old Sangiovese vines and will soon be producing its first wine. We also have a hunting reserve and a clay pigeon shooting.
